The perfect holiday shopping experience at Barbados' newest shopping Plaza, a great end to a long, tough day, my experience at Do it Best W Plaza was hallmark worthy, Nyasha and Marcia certainly added top marks for a friendly customer service!!( there was a third young lady also, whose name escapes me now unfortunately)but the whole team on duty on December 19 2025 made it a "worthy to post experience"!!! Take a bow everyone!!!)

Hajarah was super helpful and she is a great asset in the toy section. She assisted myself and my autistic son with so much care ❤️ I am grateful. Then I met Kerry-Ann, who is a cashier and Charlene the Manager, they are super friendly and to be honest, made my shopping experience an enjoyable one! I will be back at this location. Thank you! Excellent customer service... Hajarah and Shaunte were super helpful... Rikadia and Jaidian remembered me from previous visits and they were also helpful im the paint and hardware area.

Hajarah was extremely helpful sales associate I found that her ability to engage with meeting my needs via aiding me in finding my way in store was refreshing. I would encourage anyone to ask for her by name for help at the W plaza

I approached Kenya and asked for her name, as the name on her badge was faded. Although she did not engage extensively in conversation, she listened attentively and provided effective assistance. Kenya supported me while also helping other customers in a courteous and efficient manner. She demonstrated good knowledge of the store layout and promptly located the items I needed, though she was unable to provide detailed product information. Overall, she was pleasant, helpful, and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout our interaction.
