The best ice cream i had here. The portion sizes are generous and the flavours are perfect

Disappointing. Thought it was going to be soft serve ice cream as advertised, but instead it was hard icy ice cream in a pre-frozen box, that didn't taste like much. The strawberry cheesecake just tasted like mediocre strawberry ice cream and barely had strawberry swirls in it (the review won't allow pictures but I took some). The biscoff caramel had crushed waffle cones on top instead of biscoff, and the caramel tasted artificial. I was trying to finish it because it was $15 (yes, fifteen) but I can't. The girl working (Brianna) was rude as well. Spoke to a vendor downstairs after who said people complain to her all the time about the disgusting ice cream and foul attitude from that girl. Will go to Chefette next time
