Please do NOT let the 4 star rating mislead you.
This place is unorganized and even scam worthy.
A order was made and never delivered, when asked about refunding it was “done” but never received. I have spoken to a few people who have shared the same experience but unfortunately they aren’t big on reviews. Ergo, I shall do so in their stead.
I implore you, find someplace else to make your someone’s day special. If you choose to utilize anyways, don’t do it online, you may have a better success rate on WhatsApp or calling them directly.
As for me, and anyone who is deemed sensible.
This place is a no go.

Lovely flowers ordered from abroad and delivered to my wife at a major hotel. Excellent customer service dealing with my order.

Worst service ever!! The lady over the phone was very rude for starters. I spent $330 on flowers + delivery for someone on a special day and they did not deliver. Numerous phone calls were made, and we were told “call back in an hour”. I’ve tried many times after this and was unable to get through to anyone, nothing but voicemail. If you ever need good service and delivery to someone ON A SPECIFIC DAY this is not the place for you.
