Great stay. Away from the city and very secluded with beautiful views and a helpful, cheerful staff, specifically Jose was great! I would highly recommend the chicken cordon blu with Russian salad. Ensure you have a 4x4 vehicle getting there. Overall, well worth it. Look forward to coming again.

My stay at Fabulous Village Resort was an absolute masterpiece of a vacation. As a Dominican from San Francisco de Macorís who had never explored the countryside, this trip was a profound journey back to my roots with my son. From the very start, the service was exceptional. The owner personally picked us up, setting the tone for the "white glove," incredibly warm service we received from every single staff member, always available and genuinely caring. The resort itself is a haven of tranquility with breathtaking mountain views that feel like stepping back in time. Yet, it offers modern amenities and outstanding excursions. They took us to Las Terrenas, the most beautiful beach I've ever seen (and I'm from Florida!), on a thrilling dune buggy adventure to a local river, and to an educational cocoa plantation tour. The food is another highlight—exquisite Cordon Bleu-level dishes made with organic vegetables grown right on the property. Fresh, delicious, and wholesome. The most memorable part? Planting a pine tree on their grounds, a living symbol of our visit that we will return to see next year. This gesture perfectly captures the resort's spirit: creating lasting connections. This vacation was unforgettable, culturally rich, surprisingly budget-friendly, and deeply special. I cannot recommend Fabulous Village Resort highly enough. We will be back!

Our stay at **Fabulous Village and Resort** was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. Airport pickup was seamless, and our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared. The mountain views were truly breathtaking—peaceful, scenic, and unlike anything we’ve experienced before. The food was outstanding, with everything prepared using fresh, homegrown, natural ingredients that made every meal feel special. For adventure lovers, the resort delivers. I had an amazing time taking the dune buggy out on the mountain trails, which was both thrilling and fun. Another highlight was the excursion to **Las Terrenas Beach**, a stunning beach with crystal-clear water and a relaxed atmosphere.

Heaven is in San Francisco de Macoris! 🌿✨ Our day at Fabulous Village Ecological Resort was truly breathtaking. I went with my twin sister and our sons, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of awe-inspiring. We did the day pass (RD$1,600 per adult and RD$850 per child aged 4–12), which included a delicious meal from a diverse menu and a refreshing glass of lemonade. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly stood out was the top-tier customer service. Every staff member greeted us with warmth, respect, and genuine smiles. It’s clear that the team operates like a community—everyone was consistent in how they treated us, and you can tell that making guests feel welcome is their priority. I also loved that it’s an eco-resort. The natural decor, wood finishes, and earthy touches make the space feel peaceful and intentional. The entire location is perfect—not just for day trips, but also for overnight stays, family getaways, or even events. The view from one of the restaurants is out of this world, and they even have ziplining on-site if you’re feeling adventurous! The owner was also kind and welcoming, which added a special touch to our visit. One important tip: as many other reviewers have said, the road leading up to the resort can be rough—especially the second half—so it’s best to go in an SUV. That said, if you don’t have one, the hotel is more than willing to send someone to pick you up at the base of the hill if you give them a call. All in all, this place is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise it gets. We left refreshed, connected, and already planning our return.

The most perfect stay! Felt like I was staying with family. Food was absolutely amazing and cafe con chocolate while looking over the valley each morning was perfection.
