Worst internet provider. Months been calling to have them fix our wi-fi and no one showing up. Sometimes they don’t even answer their phone. No way I have to use data in my own house cause my wi-fi not working properly. You need to act uncivilized for them to take your issues seriously. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go with Digicel although they aren’t any better either. We need a new service provider in Barbados.

I usually don't like to write reviews, but I was in Barbados for 5 weeks and needed internet and TV service. I decided to go with FLOW. The experience was bittersweet. First, the internet and TV service was excellent. My issues started when I wanted to disconnect the services. In the office in Bridgetown informed me that I wouldn't need to return the equipment since I would be a seasonal customer, I asked the question 3 times. I requested the service disconnect for the day after I left, I was informed someone would contact me prior to the disconnect, well the serviced was disconnected 2 days before I left. I called customer service and was informed there was nothing that could be done, then the representative said he could reconnect the service. He called me back about an hour later to see if I had service, there was no service, he informed me I would have to go an office and request a reconnect the a disconnect. I went to the Dome Mall location and requested the reconnect and the disconnect, again I asked for the disconnect for the day after I departed, I was told not a problem and I didn't need to return the equipment. I never got the TV service. After I returned to the US I was informed the equipment needs to be returned or I would be charged. Luckily I had someone who could return the equipment on my behalf. Now I'm receiving a monthly bill even though my account is in unsubscribed status. I tried to do an online chat, but i keep getting a "service unavailable" message. These departments need to get together and talk to each other so customers wont have to deal with this level of incompetence.

Use Holetown office - very pleased - service was great - inventory was limited.
Bought two phones - sequinal numbers - in and out 30 minutes.
