I highly recommend Fred’s Bar and Restaurant in Oistins. We ordered marlin meal, swordfish meal and jerk chicken meal; and they were very delicious and tasty truly authentic Bajan cuisine. You also get great value for your meal with generous portion size. I would come back again and again. See you soon!

We ate a several places and Fred’s was by far our favorite. No other place we ate at compared to both the flavor and portions we received at Fred’s. The amount of fish served made it the best deal we found. The fish and the mac pie were also the best seasoned out of anything else we tasted. If you have to pick one place to eat in Oistins - pick Fred’s! The location on google maps is not accurate- the restaurant is across from KFC in between a few other places- make sure you read the signs!

Was meeting a friend for dinner and drinks. With so many places to chose from and everyone standing in long lines for Pat's. Fred's Bar was a better choice. The food was great and tasted really, really good. Music in the area was a little loud to hear conversation but overall great time.

Absolutely amazing place!! Everyone is so friendly and the food is amazing!! Definitely worth the visit. Goat curry was amazing. Will definitely be back

Real Deal. I would like to say that the food was good. However, pricing for the fish was not fair at all. To be so close to the ocean- they have access. Small businesses like Fred's should establish agreement with local fisherman and control their cost.
Furthermore, I know the street is busy and music is being played all over the place on Oistin strip; but where's Fred's Bar music what's the business vibes. How do you keep your customers engaged? Like I said the food is good, but turn on some music and move and groove in the kitchen. Employees will be happy cause they are in control of the selection or vibes that the music may bring.
