G Fish Watersports Barbados

About G-Fish.

After 20 years in the dive industry, "G" decided to open his own dive company. His aim, to offer and more personalised service with a smaller boat, taking fewer numbers to ensure a much better wuality experience to all of his divers and friends! After all, anybody can teach you to dive, G wants to teach you to love to dive!

Learn to Dive.

We can take you on a PADI Discovery Dive which was developed so non-divers could jump in the water with us and try. Just like that. No need for a PADI certificate. If you like it (you will) and want to do more (you should), that dive will have counted as your first towards certification. Win. Win. (Win.)

Take a Snorkel

Let's go out to where the turtles are because that's where the shipwrecks are too. In the heart of Carlisle Bay we got it all. Just come, be merry and we'll take care of the rest.

An Unforgettable Underwater Adventure with G Fish Watersports in Barbados! My partner Carissa and I recently had the absolute highlight of our Barbados trip with **G Fish Watersports** – hands down the best water sports experience we've ever had! If you're looking for a personalized, thrilling dive in Carlisle Bay, look no further than G and his incredible team. From the moment we arrived at Barbados Cruising Club on Pebbles Beach (super easy to find, right next to the Radisson), we felt like VIPs. G, the owner with over 40,000 dives under his belt, is a true legend – knowledgeable, passionate about the ocean, and incredibly patient. We saw an explosion of marine life – vibrant tropical fish darting through coral, The wrecks in Carlisle Bay are like underwater museums, teeming with life, and G knew all the secret spots to avoid the crowds. The small group size made it feel intimate and relaxed – no rushing, plenty of time to explore. What sets G Fish apart is the genuine care and expertise. They're all about safety, fun, and conservation (G even spears invasive lionfish to protect the reefs!). After our time in the water, we chilled with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas at the club – the perfect way to end the day. Carissa and I left buzzing with excitement and already planning our next visit. Whether you're a beginner snorkeler or seasoned diver, G Fish Watersports delivers a 5-star, bucket-list experience. Highly recommend – this is Barbados underwater adventure at its finest! 🌊🐢✨

Fantastic dive - we dived with G & Mae and they made us feel so safe underwater. Very small boat so it’s a personal experience with a good laugh. The sites they took us to were very calm and we saw so much marine life. Amazing experience and we have already booked more dives with them.

Highly recommend the G Fish diving outfit for both experienced/certified and new divers! I'm certified and knew that I wanted to get a dive in during a recent trip to Barbados. Four members of my traveling party (2 adults, a young teen and a 10yo) also wanted to try it out for the first time. G Fish accommodated us all. (There were two other passengers with us, one of whom dove.) They operate out of a small boat, which is really nice to ensure your dives aren't too crowded: the boat probably maxes at 10 people (including staff). Finding them and getting aboard was easy. G did the safety briefing and introductory instruction at the beach mooring, then all the newbies did a quick dunk to get a feel for the equipment. After that it was a 5 min boat ride to the dive site. We descended via a mooring line which made it easier for me to equalize on my way down. We then spent about 35 min exploring shipwrecks and sea life. Great visibility and easy conditions. G and Mae were great at managing the everyone, especially given the differing skill levels. I had such a great time that I returned later in the week to dive with Mae on my own. Without the newbies, we were able to explore more and stay down for a bit longer. It was a great time all-in-all! Shoot G an email if you're heading to Barbados!

Had a wonderful 2 weeks diving with G, Mia and Lyne. Every day and every dive something new. G is full of energy and so knowledgeable about the reefs and wrecks around Barbados. As it is a boutique operation you really get great service. I would recommend anyone wanting to learn to dive, or experienced divers to contact G and book your package. I am so grateful to G and the ladies for making my holiday a wonderful one.
