Came in with a crack sceen left with it pieces in a bag to get back my money due to their faulty replacement. Paid for Crack screen replacement and to change the charger port. Screen started gliching at day 2 and by day 5 was totally blank. Brought the phone back but they said they didn't have the screen available to replace it went to the store again getting the same story so I told them hold it till it was fixed. After 1 week of no call I go back in where still no screen. Asked for my phone and refund for the faulty screen... they now told me I need to give them back the damaged parts to get the deposit back.(not stated in warranty). And then to tell me i waited to long to get a refund. Long story short to got back my money I had to get the phone back in pieces in a bag so they could get back the completely dead screen.

Called and inquired about purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro max (Natural Titanium) and not only did Gadgetsbim had the best price, the service was top notch, seamless and professional. The staff was patient and handled everything with care from writing my receipt to assisting with the 1st pay transfer right up to installing a complementary tempered glass. I will definitely be shopping with these guys again in the future. Keep up the good work! 💯
