Had an excellent experience! Dr. Weeks gave a very thorough assessment and was extremely patient while explaining everything. Shonte was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Aaliyah at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The entire team was so patient and caring—they really made my visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Dr. Simone Alleyne had excellent bedside manner. Gentle, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I usually get nervous about dental visits, but they really put me at ease. Highly recommend if you're looking for professional care in a calm, comfortable setting.

Efficient and professional dental services. The team members are considerate, kind and just like the name Gentle. They make going tot he dentist a truly enjoyable experience for adults and children alike.

POOR SERVICE! When making the initial appointment I was put on hold for more than 15-20 minutes for 3 of the initial calls. I then had to call back 5 times to get through to someone to schedule the appointment. The appointment was made 3 weeks in advance. On the morning of the appointment I called, and asked why noone had called to confirm the appointment. I was then told a whatsapp message was sent, however noone called to follow up on that whatsapp message to make sure it was received. The message was to inform that the dentist had to leave the island on a emergency. I then asked if there is noone else to take this dentist clients for the day, I was told no. Futhermore, they did not asked if I would like to reschedule the appointment. This would have been my first time with you and this is poor service! You are clearly not organize & professional enough to be a professional dental care business.
