The customer service and response time with Gift Baskets Barbados was exceptional. I live outside of Barbados and needed to surprise a relative for a special birthday. I needed someone to understand that although this was a just-because gift, precision was needed, especially for my pregnant wife. The boundaries needed to be pushed; everyone is different, and as a husband, you need to respect and understand your wife’s likes and dislikes to get exactly what she wants. Leandra understood me and what I was trying to achieve; it wasn’t about being picky. It was attention to detail. I took her out of her comfort zone because she couldn’t use the typical stuff. Leandra understood the boundaries had to be pushed; she did just that, creating a memory and experience in time that will never be forgotten.

Very good customer service. They frequently updated me about my order as well as delivery and reconfirmed any information related to the order bedore processing. The gift basket was done to perfection with fresh fruits. Love it. I highly recommend.
