This resort was overall a let down and has been my least favorite Hilton experience thus far. Hospitality was non-existent. The lady working in the cafe had such a bad attitude, I was forced to walk out since it felt like me spending my money was a nuisance to her. I informed the manager of the situation but no effort was made to turn around my experience. The guys that worked by the pool and beach were the only once who treated us like normal human beings.
Rooms are outdated and toiletries not refilled; we had empty shampoo and lotion bottles for our entire duration of 5 nights even though our room was getting cleaned daily.
There is access to beach but with the rock barricades, waves are always crashing, making it not very suitable for swimming. Beach also is not very well maintained with sea weed piling up on the beach. We mostly ended up renting beach chairs at Savvy on the Bay rather than spending time at this beach.
My friend got room service (fish tacos) and thought they were inedible. Only thing I liked about our stay was the balcony view. Long story short, definitely not a 4-star resort
and your money is better spent staying down the road by pebble beach or Savvy on the Bay.

The location was fantastic, and the atmosphere was truly enjoyable. However, I was surprised by the menu options—the food selection wasn't quite what I expected. Coming from the US, I wasn’t looking for tacos, burgers, or pizza; I came to this beautiful island hoping to enjoy authentic Bajan cuisine. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen; the food was disgusting! During my time relaxing and regrouping, I found myself taking taxis to explore better dining options. On a positive note, the hotel staff was wonderful—kind, attentive, and genuine. Natasha at the front desk was especially outstanding. The hotel itself felt a bit outdated; I had to report a broken thermostat, but it wasn’t repaired during my stay. Would I come back? Maybe if the menu features more local flavors and offers a true taste of Barbados.

Im sorry to say this, but the Barbados Hilton Hotel is far better than the London Hilton Park Lane.
Perhaps it's the sea view from my room, first thing in the mornings?
I would like to say a special thank you to the following; Danika for checking me in and sending a birthday cake to my room. The housekeeper who cleaned my room, it was impeccable, and Sabae, who checked me out she was curtious and very helpful.
I highly recommend a visit, and I will certainly be returning. 10/10

Overall, our stay was amazing. Every team member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.
Suzette (Food & Beverage) – Suzette took great care of us throughout our stay. She was attentive, personable, and always kept us laughing. Her service was outstanding.
Robert (Food & Beverage) – Robert wasn’t even assigned to our table, but his personality gravitated toward us. He was incredibly funny, engaging, and made every interaction enjoyable.
Regina (Food & Beverage) – Regina provided excellent service and helped make our dining experiences memorable.
Antonia (Food & Beverage) – Antonia took care of us for most of our trip, and she was absolutely amazing. We loved how personable she was and how she made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table.
Alika (Breakfast Team) – During the mornings we had breakfast, Alika took exceptional care of us. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured we always had everything we needed.
Valencia (Front Desk) – Valencia was wonderful. She consistently greeted us with a smile and always made sure we were happy and enjoying our stay.
Tennisha (Front Desk) – Tennisha checked us into the hotel and immediately made us feel welcome. She introduced us to the signature rum punch, and after traveling, we happily settled into our room and bed.
Samara (Front Desk) – Samara spent extra time with us sharing information about Barbados and the local culture. She showed us the unique feature of the Barbados currency, where putting the bills together creates an image of the island. She was incredibly personable and made our experience even more meaningful.
Makhaya and Shaquon (Bellmen) – These two were fantastic. They always had great recommendations, made sure transportation was arranged on time, and kept us entertained with their humor and positive attitudes.
Jackie (Banquet Manager) – Although we had no banquet-related needs, Jackie took the time to stop and ask about our stay while I was heading back from the spa. As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I appreciated the opportunity to speak with her about the hotel operation. Through that conversation, I was also introduced to the Food & Beverage Director and the Acting General Manager, both of whom were wonderful.
Every one of these team members played a part in making our stay memorable. Their hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are a true reflection of the hotel’s culture. Thank you all for an incredible experience. If you’re writing a guest recognition review or message for management, here’s a polished version:

Really nice place to stay - I loved it there.
Great view, lovely beach with a sunset view. Just near to Pebbles Beach too.
I loved the bar and restaurant. The Poolside Paradise cocktail is highly recommended at the bar.
I also really liked so much the amazingly cold corridors and bedroom thanks to the great AC and also the windy courtyard with seating - very welcome respite from the constant heavy heat and humidity of Barbados.
The staff were all very nice and polite and helpful.
I really liked the breakfast, especially the cheese, homemade hummus and cucumber, and the strawberry jam was gorgeous.
I liked such a lot the bannaquit yellow birds and carib grackle blackbirds who frequent the outdoor spaces of the hotel. Really great stay.
