Being a new driver can be scary and trying to get your first car is very intimidating. It's funny how no one every tells you how tedious the process is. I spent hours looking at different cars online searching from FB marketplace to other big names dealerships with no luck. Nothing seemed to fit into my budget. So i called a very good friend literally in tears about my struggle with finding a car he then suggested that i contact his sales rep DeShawn. The next day i reached out not very hopeful as i had already spent several weeks other places and was sure this would be a waste of time. When I spoke to Mr. Phillips he was full of enthusiasm and reassured me that he would help me to find the right car for me. He stayed true to his word keeping me updated with details on new and used cars that fit into my budget. I called him so often because i had so many questions as a new driver, i was sure he would block me lol he never did he was always happy to assist and answered every sigle one. He was awesome during the sale and after the sale. He is very knowledgeable and willing to assist he kept me updated every step of the way. Customer service was a 10/10.The turnaround time was minimal. There was clear communication and it was hassle free. I have recommended Inchcape to friends and family as they have the whole package from cars to insurance. I ended up getting a brand new 2025 fully loaded suzuki swift . When i picked up the car Deshawn went through every feature without making me feel like a novice you never forget ypur first car purchase or experience and this was very enjoyable. My baby Car-isha drives like a dream 🚗

Excellent communication I must really give credit to Janine my first conversation with her was very welcoming I was honestly getting frustrated but Janine & william make this process really smooth and I’m beyond grateful ..
