We visited Irie Foods a couple of nights ago….beautiful rain storm during dinner. Delicious food, friendly service. I had the coconut curry chicken and my partner had the jerk chicken. Generous servings. Recommended!

Fah Real! Excellent little restaurant. We went there twice during our stay for dinner. Lovely service. Great rum punch! Food arrived rather quickly and they were so accommodating even though we were among the last diners. Excellent curried coconut curry- we got rice and peas the first time as they had run out of jasmine rice. The next time we did get to try the jasmine rice but personally I preferred the rice and peas. Lovely heat to the dish. Curried coconut and the jerk chicken were good. Nice jerk sauce. The plantains were good. Not sure about the pasta - coleslaw not available. They also did us a nice ackee (without the salt fish) just so that we could try it. Definitely go if you, like us are not in favour of eating a lot of the local fried food.

The food was excellent! The oxtail was tender and flavorful, the fried chicken was to perfection, and the jerk chicken was top notch. I also enjoyed their rum punch very much. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t already.

I love this place every time I visit Barbados it’s on my list for stops. Excellent food, great service, clean restaurant. Andrew always doesn’t a great job for special occasions. Super nice and friendly always makes sure the services is up to expectations. I would recommend this place to all visitors. True Jamaican cuisine.

*VEGAN* FOOD is available & delicious 😋!!
Hands down the best local vegan food, other than ITAL cafes , we’ve had in Barbados!
Just let the good folkx know you’re vegan and they’ll take out the dairy from the vegetarian options.
