It's a cozy hangout for coffee lovers. They offer free wifi and is relatively quiet to do your business, while you sit back and enjoy your cup of coffee. Italia coffee house not only has a variety of hot/cold beverages but pastries and cookies as well.

I am a frequent customer at this location (the only reason I didn't give a 1 star). Yesterday (about my 40th time there this year), I had bought some items and had settled down to do work when the ac went out. As anyone should know, sitting in an enclosed space with no ac for a good amount of time will be very uncomfortable and a glass of water might do some good, right? Well, the policy at this establishment is that even when their ac has broken down, a repeat customer like myself (who will never be going back again), cannot get a cup of tap water. Nay, I couldn't even get this free-flowing resource poured into my own cup! I was then extra shocked when I was told that I would have to use my own US cell phone with roaming charges to make a complaint or request to the branch manager to request a cup of water in the heat the store with no ac had me sweating in. Mind you, I've seen this in-store phone used for personal calls by the staff, but who am I to complain, I guess. No one but answering machine answered either of the two numbers listed on the cash register to call. When stores have policies in place, their staff should be able to 1) properly explain the reasoning for such policies and 2) make the humane, reasonable exceptions required of basic human decency. After such intolerable treatment, I will no longer be supporting this establishment or recommending it to any other locals or visitors, as I has done previously. I have experienced new levels of absurdity. I am thankful for such an opportunity: a beautiful lesson on the depths of customer service, rewards for loyalty, and corporate inhumanity.

I make this my number one place to get coffee from, plenty of outlets, awesome service, free wifi, wide range of caffeinated and non caffeinated beverages available. Totally love the italia card system, I get a free coffee on my birthday without fail along with a free one after oh so many purchases. I definitely recommend here as a coffee lover or not.

Always on point with a variety of coffee, tea and other fruit flavored cold stuff. The opening hours are amicable and it’s highly likely you’ll bump into someone you know

Fairly pleasant staff but they need to listen carefully and be more accurate with the orders. A simple mistake is just that but when it happens more than once in the fifteen minutes or so i was there it became noticeable. They did apologise.
