I am very dissatisfied with J's Customs Services. A relative in Canada shipped a small package (BBD $40 value) on July 21, 2021 via DHL. It arrived in Barbados on July 23rd. J's Customs Services does the customs clearing for DHL and they took a full 3 weeks to clear the package.
The service from Joyann and J's Customs Services was painfully slow through phone and email correspondence. There was an issue related to the commercial invoice for the package but even then, the charges weren't properly explained.
At the end of it all, the shipment was 3 weeks late and I was charged the extortionary fee of BBD $312.42 for the package to be released.
I will never use DHL or J's Customs Services again and strongly recommend you avoid them both as well.

I have had the privilege of communicating with two workers form your company, Anthony and Trecia. They were both very friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Both were very accommodating, reassuring in offering advice even to my novice questions.
Sincere thanks to them and keep up the great customer service.
