Stopped by the Hastings KFC and it did exactly what you want from KFC. The chicken was hot and crispy, chips were fresh, and service was quick even during a busy time. Not fancy, but reliable comfort food when you’re craving fried chicken.

I am writing to report consistently poor service at your location in the heart of the tourist sector. Lines are unacceptably long, staff appear understaffed, and tables are rarely cleaned; visitors are left to clear their own tables after paying. This creates an unpleasant impression for tourists and harms your reputation. Please review staffing levels and cleaning procedures, implement visible cleaning schedules, and improve queue management to restore acceptable standards. I appreciate prompt attention and would welcome confirmation of the actions you will take.

What we liked: great location. They have outdoor tables next to the beach where you can watch the waves com in. What we didn't like: food was not hot; they were out of Coke Zero, and did not bother to refill it the whole time we were there. It was not particularly clean

Well it's not everyday that a great day at kfc is possible. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, food was hot! They even had onion rings (piping hot) 😍 Spicy "ribs" were great - that's what they call side breast pieces in Barbados 😄... Original pieces were not so good - I do not recommend. All in all, grade A to B-minus...

I stopped here once for lunch. never planned to return again. Extremely slow and inefficient service. - got to the resturant and went inside and there was a line of about 8 people, but i thought "this is a busy area, im sure they are used to it and the line will go fast". i was wrong. -10 min later the line only moved forward by 1 person. -20 min later and again only 1 more forward, i decided to order my meal online with the pickup option, because there was a counter with a big pick up sign, and i thought i could at least beat the line and get food faster. I was wrong. -I placed the order no problem, and then stood at the pick up counter with other customers for another 20 min, and then finnaly the lady asked what my order number was, but the recipt online didnt have a order number (the 2 digit number they wanted), and turns out that when you order online you have to get in the line and check in with the cashier before they make your order. -They got my food for me, i could even see my order on their display screen the entire time. In total it took 45+min from when i walked in to when i got my food. -The service is extremely slow, and all the workers look completely lost most of the time. The cashier takes one order then goes and wanders around doing nothing while the others stand around doing nothing. - mean while you can see the entire french fry thing is full of fries getting less fresh and no one is taking them. the chicken cabinets are full of chicken and no one is taking anything. its like they have some timer that they cant make a order unless 10 min has past from taking the order or something. The food is all right there, you can see it! so frustrating. see pictures of fries full. I never came back, chicken barn is good.
