J’ai eu l’occasion de suivre une session complète de soins au sein de L’Effet A Martinique, et je tiens à saluer la qualité exceptionnelle du travail réalisé.
Les soins sont effectués avec un vrai professionnalisme, une écoute attentive et une maîtrise remarquable des techniques. Chaque séance apporte un réel bien‑être et des résultats visibles.
Le coaching diététique est également un vrai plus : les conseils sont clairs, adaptés, faciles à appliquer et surtout efficaces. On repart avec des informations utiles, cohérentes et personnalisées, qui permettent de mieux comprendre son corps et d’adopter de bonnes habitudes.
La phase de stabilisation et le suivi proposé témoignent d’un accompagnement sérieux et complet. On sent une vraie volonté d’assurer la continuité du travail engagé et de garantir que les objectifs soient atteints durablement.

The Effea slimming center isn't just any place; it's a place where you gradually regain your self-confidence.
I commend Ms. Effea and her assistant, Samantha, who are always attentive and do everything they can to motivate you throughout the process.
I started in March 2026 and I've lost 3.5 kg of fat.
I was really discouraged about my weight loss, having tried several methods without any positive results.
But since joining Effea, I've not only seen results, but I've also regained my self-confidence.
I receive truly personalized support with a consultation at each session with "Mr. Colombo" 🤣😂, and I can see my progress every week. Hats off to you and a huge thank you to Ms. Effea and Samantha!

It was a wonderful experience that went very well. I was warmly welcomed. I lost 14 kg and I want to keep going! 🔥 To help me achieve my goal, I received all the necessary training. I especially learned how to rebalance my meals, drink more water, and most importantly, get back into exercise.

A truly top-notch center... I recommend it 100%! I've regained my pre-pregnancy weight of 16 kg in 5 months, and without feeling deprived because I receive weekly follow-up appointments. The manager and her colleague are very kind and attentive.
