My family and I just stayed at Leamington Pavilion for the past week. The house, pool and gardens are incredible and we enjoyed our time there greatly. Jason and Abigale were great and made us feel very welcome and comfortable and we appreciated them and their service very much.
The three bedrooms all have AC and were very comfortable. The main part of the house is open air and in June/July, it's pretty warm.
While the pool is great, the small beach next to the house isn't that great. If you are used to laying in beach chairs with food and drink service, you will have to drive to a beach club to do so.
We always felt safe and secure in Barbados in general but especially on the property.
Overall we wouldn't hesitate to go back!

FABULOUS stay at Leamington. Staff was amazing. Accommodations and the grounds were beyond- simply breathtaking. I've been to Barbados 30 times in 35 years- this was to be a special trip and it sure was!!!!!

Very attentive staff.. visited to give guests there a massage every evening ..beautuful place for viewing sunsets
