I am not a member but I attend their spin classes. I can't speak for other spin classes but their spin classes are one of the cheapest in Barbados and you get a good workout. The instructors challenge you and switch up the workout so it doesn't become monotonous over time. The music selection is also great

I do the Spin classes, and the instructor is very experienced and attentive, and makes sure your workout is meaningful.

Very comfortable gym I have ever been too . My fav part about the gym the spin classes .
