Fresh fruit smoothies that were absolutely delicious. The drinks was absolutely a fun experience. I got a shot of passion fruit and other bush rum. customer service was on point. one of my trip highlights

Our night out on Dominica started with walking to a restaurant that turned out to be closed. Feeling lost and disappointed we met Jiovani who offered to take us to another eatery as he had his own car service. We later found out he owned a bar/restaurant on the beach. As a taxi driver we hired him to take us into town where we had a reservation for another restaurant. Much to our surprise it was closed as well. Jiovani offered to take us to his place called Local Paradise. It's a small outpost right on the beach. Nothing fancy, just plastic tables and chairs. We were a bit skeptical but decided to give it a try. What transpired was probably the best meal we had in our week on the island. Great drinks and absolutely scrumptious food prepared by his mother at great prices. The lesson learned is that sometimes serendipity ends really well. Everyone should go to Local Paradise and feel like you are in paradise.

The people was nice, not denying that.
The food was horrendous. I ordered fish with salad and I got a refried fish head (very small fish) plus a small salad of cabbage and carrot (the only salad on the island) an ketchup.
