I went here on Saturday and honestly had a really good experience. I booked a 7am appointment and even though I was about 5 minutes late, as soon as I walked in someone came to me, confirmed my appointment and I went straight to the chair.
The atmosphere in the salon was one of the main things I appreciated. It was nice, quiet and professional. Everyone was focused on working, no one was sitting around on their phones, and the service kept flowing the entire time. The staff talked among themselves but it was just normal everyday conversation and the environment felt comfortable and welcoming.
I also love my hairstyle and everything was finished in about an hour and a half. This is honestly one of the first salons I’ve been to where I appreciated the overall experience this much, and not just because of the hair. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellet! Excellet I took my kids there to get their hair done for school and not once they complained about hair being too tight or the tugging. The staff was very patient and professional. I Highly recomen

I've been going to this hair store and salon for a while now, and I'm OBSESSED 💁♀️! The staff is friendly, attentive, and always hooks me up with the best products for my hair type. I’ve been here twice but I won’t be back. They use other stylists’ photos to advertise their business and can’t replicate the styles exactly. I went in for a full boho French curl style and left with enough braids to fit in one hand… not full and pretty like the picture. I reached out before sending this review, was asked to send pics of my hair and was then left on read for a day… still no response. On top of all of this, a stylist has a full blown, unnecessary argument with a customer in the store right in front of me, making me feel unsafe and very uncomfortable.
I definitely would not recommend.

It's a great environment and workers most of the customers are just dishonest cause why when the stylist always ask and show you picture before your hair even reach far and y'all be like yes it's nice it's okay and yet still when leave the salon y'all have problem. The stylist can't beat you from y'all option so y'all should have said something from inside so the situation could have being handle from there .
