I had a very pleasant experience getting my blood drawn. Keisha was incredibly warm, friendly, and gentle throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable right away. She was professional and reassuring, making what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and calm. The environment was also very clean and calming, which added to the overall positive experience. I truly appreciated the level of care and kindness shown.

One of my best experiences having blood taken. Keisha's customer service was a blessing from the time I entered the lab, throughout preparation & payment as well as the procedure. (P.S. Watched the needle and still barely felt anything.)

I am thoroughly impressed!
The lab is neat and orderly, and Keisha is gentle and has excellent comportment, making the experience very comfortable. She clearly explained everything with a warm and approachable demeanor.
What stood out the most was that I received a phone call to let me know my results were back and available for collection.
I'm extremely satisfied with the speed and efficiency, and would definitely recommend MediLab to others.

I visited Medi lab for the first time located 10th Avenue Bellevue and I hate needles . Freddie assisted me with process of taking blood I was so relax and comfortable I totally was not aware when I was finish .
I recommend anyone who has a fear with needles you can count on the professionalism and care at Medi lab the staff they are great .
