I found this transmission mechanic online and am so glad I did! I wasn’t referred by anyone but took a chance based on the great reviews online, and they are absolutely honest. Michael took on my job based on his current load, the turnaround time was even quicker than I he initially communicated. The professionalism, expertise, and quality of work were all top-notch. Michael even went above and beyond, when he ran the diagnostic test it showed something else that had nothing to do with my transmission and he was able to fix that issue as well. He kept me updated throughout the process. He sent photos, messaged and called so I was aware of what was going on, even though I didn't need that as I do not know anything about vehicles.

I heard about Michael from my son who got his Vitaras transmission rebuilt and told me the vehicle was driving like new. A few days later I got a overhaul kit for my wife's Mazda skyactive and called and asked Michael to look at it for me, he told me all I needed to get and checked and made sure I had it all. He initially told me Thursday I would get the vehicle back by Monday but I got the vehicle back one day later and my wife is super please with how the vehicle is performing. 10 out of 10...

I took my pick up to Michael to have work done, he was very thorough and professional in his work. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their transmission.

Professional, knowledgeable, quick turnaround and amiable. Michael provide detailed information on the issue with my transmission and resources needed for the repair. They gave me a date that the repairs would be finish and they followed through on their word. I have no complaints. Would recommend.
