This is the first time I have ever received an electronic receipt and the opportunity to submit a review. While preparing to pay for my purchase at your Hastings branch (on one of the rare occasions I shop at this location), I noticed my email and other information was incorrectly entered. However, the cashier made the amendments and merged the 2 accounts which were on file in my name. I will not go into detail but I trust that the actual service from the cashier and trainee representative will improve over time.

I found the entire staff to be helpful, customer focus and of course Krystal at the cashier was interactive and multi tasking... This is the first time I visited the store and experience, how they were interacting with other customers as well
