I had a seafarer’s medical exam here and the whole experience was smooth and professional. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the process much more comfortable. Dr. Rasheda Williams was calm, approachable, and thorough, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt well looked after throughout. I’ll definitely be back in two years for my next exam.

Myself and my Husband went to Dr Williams for visa and seafarers medicals. We had an appointment booked but still had to wait over 2h until they even spoke to us. But as soon as someone local came in they got help immediately. Multiple people came and left before we got help. The appointment should not have taken more than an hour, we ended up spending 4 hours at her office. We value our time, since we don’t get much off time from work, and this was a massive waste of time. If you can go to a different doctor on the island — I recommend you go somewhere else.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Rasheda Williams. From the moment I entered the office, the level of professionalism was shockingly low. The staff was disorganized and unhelpful, but the worst part was Dr. Rasheda Williams themselves. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they seemed uninterested in listening to my concerns or providing any clear answers. When I asked questions, I was met with impatience and condescension. It's clear they don’t value their patients or their time
. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Please, save yourself the trouble and find a more respectful and competent professional.
