I purchased a Window net from Odolls five years ago. It never worked.The owner of Odolls, told me himself, that it lacked the correct magnets. Five years later, I'm still waiting to have it replaced. I will never purchase anything from Odolls again.

I first got in contact with a sales rep Joshua Bynoe. After multiple promises to email a quote that he failed to deliver on i decided to go in person to get it done as this was a time sensitive issue. Paid for the serivice in full in person and agreed upon a date the work would be completed. This date has since come and passed and Joshua no longer responds to my messages, calls or emails.
After this experience with Joshua, i got in touch with the general manager Mardol Knight. Mardol apologized for Joshua's lack of profosseionalsim and we agreed upon a new date for the work to be completed. Once again that date has come and passed & Mardol no longer responds to my messages or phone calls.

Ordered some windows end of March. Was told the wait time is 3 weeks. Okay. It is now almost the end of May. No windows. All my calls have been met with ‘I will give you a call back’. Not one of them called back. The last time I called, was met by a rather blasé female whose couldn’t care less attitude was the final straw. Requested my money back. Don’t even deserve the one star.

Customer service is below par. One month has elapsed since we made a down payment and to date, nothing! It’s like chasing your own money. Sometimes it pays to pay the higher price to get the quality service you deserve! Never again.
