Our two dogs have been groomed by Paws R Us for over a year. During that period they were cut a little lower on some visits than others but we weren't concerned with their grooming on any visits (usually 7-9 weeks apart). In the last visit, they were cut dangerously low. We had to take them to the vet and they both required medication and the vet warned us that we needed to be careful to regulate the temperature for them (they live indoors). It was a very traumatic experience, especially knowing that a colleague's dog was also cut very low by them previously and died the following day while out in the sun.
We wrote to Paws R Us after the incident (now a few weeks ago) and we have not had a response.

After having nothing but good experiences for 2 years, we had a terrible experience in June whereby our dogs fur was cut so low that I didn't recognise them when I went to collect them. I will not be using them again.

The best boarding kennels on the island (in my opinion) we kennel 5 and they are such good value for money. Dogs are not caged all the time and have a great exercise area. The staff are amazing, kind and caring

Excellent service! Stefan comes to my house every two months to groom my fluffy dog. He always gives him a good, short haircut that grows out nicely and prevents his heat rash. He also does nail trims and tooth brushing. My dogs love him, and one of them is very reactive to strangers/ protective of me, so that's a high compliment.
