I live nearby and have dropped by many times, mainly because their coffee is so good. So I just use it as a convenient meeting place with friends. Coffee is not cheap anywhere in Kingston but theirs is excellent. I love their Dark Cacao Chai Latte, rich and delicious. Service is just OK (except for the Deaf Can Coffee people who are lovely!) If you are a roots reggae fan you will enjoy the music - but it’s a touch too loud for a quiet conversation.

Nice spot for breakfast and coffee, good quality! Service bad, unfriendly and uninterested, sitting behind a cash register on your phone the whole time. No pepper available. Not friendly service, a real shame because the place, coffee, and breakfast are good.

Ragamuffinz is a charming coffee shop with a laid-back vibe, soft music, and a mix of students and professionals. The espresso-based drinks are great, and the carrot cake and bagel with cream cheese were both tasty. While coffee can be pricey (no refills), the quality makes it worth it. Bonus: it’s located near the Bob Marley Museum and has a hostel with dorm-style rooms—perfect for travelers!
