Contacting this bank is a nightmare. I have trying for a few months to have an issue resolved. Opening are also ridiculous. I work in bridgetown. They open at 9 30 or 10. The close at 3:30, i finish at 4 30

When asking important questions one regarding their procedures.. eg.. transferring money internationally! given the incorrect information at three branches!
Service is slow! even when one is the only person waiting to be attended to!!
Why do we have to complete forms just to make a deposit.
Too much faffing for simple procedures!!

The staff is very friendly, helpful and nice but I do attend this branch very often so my face is very familiar to the staff.
