I was extremely disappointed and disgusted when I opened a cup of noodles I purchased from your store and a moth flew out. Inside the cup, there were also remnants of white matter, which made the product completely unsafe and inedible. I had bought this item just a few days ago, so it is very concerning that it was already in this condition.
Store workers should always check products carefully for damage or holes before placing them on shelves. My family has been loyal customers for years, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here. I will now be taking my business elsewhere.

Charged twice! Both my partner and I were charged twice for a total of 3 different transactions and using two different tills. I paid via Apple Pay and he via bank card.
We’ve always used S Mart when visiting Dominica but won’t be using them again!

Good location, free WiFi. Runs out of fresh produce quickly...good sign i guess. Pharmacy is located in another building on same site, short walk away.
