Very good atmosphere and professional service. On Monday, the 28 of July 2025, was my first time going there for the embassy I work for, and it was a pleasant experience. The young lady at the front got my ticket for me and showed me where to sit and wait for my number to be called. The cashier was very professional as well.

The head office in Collymore is very slick. Service centre works well and I have to give them credit for offering the best rate for oyr car insurance on the island.

Very quiet. Not many visitors because of the pandemic. PPE in use everywhere and very good distancing. The service never wavered. Still efficient and pleasant. Someone will probably look at this post a few years from now and wonder what in the world is ppe.
