The Service is deplorable. Some of the tellers and customer service reps don't have a clue on what they are doing. They always have to confirm with a supervisor on the procedure that has to be done to complete the customer's tasks. These employees need to be trained better to fulfill the tasks required by customers..Scotia bank leaves a lot to be desired..One has to spend a minimum of 2+ hours to get things accomplished...verify time consuming, especially if one has other things to do for that day..

I have been a customer for over 50 years and the service I have been receiving recently leaves much to be delivered. I just feel like taking my business elsewhere. This is not the bank that I use to do business with.

This bank has three modern state of the art Automatic Teller Machines which enhance the self service experience.

I am happy to find a bank which opens until 5 pm, after work i can do my banking.Thanks
If it opens at 8 as others it wil have to close at 3pm but great thought by the bosses.
