I had such a wonderful experience at Sentia and will absolutely be returning.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere stood out—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a really inviting scent that made the space feel even more elevated. The staff were genuinely warm and pleasant, which made the entire experience feel relaxed and welcoming.
Although we arrived a bit early for the tapas menu (which I’m excited to come back and try), the pizzas more than made up for it. The oxtail pizza was the standout—rich, flavorful, and incredibly well done. The prawn pizza was also delicious and well-balanced. To finish, I had the apple crumble, which was a perfect end to the meal.
The drinks were probably the lowest point of the experience—not bad, but they didn’t fully deliver on the flavor profiles described on the menu. That said, everything else was strong enough that it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Between the food, the ambiance, and the service, this is definitely a spot I’ll be returning to—especially to explore the tapas menu next time.

This experience is going to change my reviews going forward. They have set a level of flavor that will be hard to beat in Barbados.
We were an international table, Barbados, the UK, Italy and Spain were all present and out of 12 dishes, only one person was not wowed by one dish only. I watch a woman over 75 have an orgasmic response to their Bruschetta, not overly fancy , just created to perfection.
I truly can’t say enough about the flavor profiles of their dishes.
To the mastermind and Chef, well done. I forgot to mention the cocktails, The Statement, truly makes one, they were all enjoyed.
The service was on point with their food.

Great vibe, friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious!!
The outdoor space accommodated our larger group perfectly, everyone had an amazing time!
The cocktails were incredible as well.

Really nice place to sit and have a few drinks and a nice meal. Cocktails are excellent and different than anything else. Food is exceptional!

Amazing meal, great service and atmosphere at reasonable prices! Congratulations to the entire Sentia team. We can't wait to come back on our next Barbados visit!
