Like many malls in Barbados the external size is not reflected internally, like a reverse TARDIS. However, whilst the loos are American style, they are regularly cleaned.
The food court offers REAL food from a decent variety of cuisine backgrounds, bring cash as some places don't accept cards.
Parking is pretty good here, there are a number of disabled bays monitored by a car park attendant and all the parking here is free so no panicking to shop quickly.
The variety of stores is actually quite good, print shops, book stores, home goods, clothing, Abeds for sewing etc, Dollarwise, shoe stores, a gift shop which sells all manner of things, iMart with an amazing range of hair and beauty products, Do It Best over two floors, an ORAN store, banks, a cinema and a number of other stores I forget now.
Oh and the staff here! In many of the stores they are pleasant! I've already said my piece on Abeds, but most store assistants here aren't that bad.
I don't know if there is a mall map or directory, I'm not seeing opening times posted either, so in terms of management there is room for improvement, but it's a really pleasant shopping experience.

Sheraton Mall has many stores and a diverse food court. They also have a cinema and a gym and a bank on site. You can do quite a lot at this one stop shopping centre. There is a lot of parking though its so popular that at busy times the parking gets a bit challenging.

I’m so sick of Sheraton’s obnoxious security! I can’t sit or stand anywhere without them showing up to stand near me as if I’m some evil suspicious person. I basically only spend time at Sheraton once a year to see a movie on my Birthday, I end up having to hang around for an hour or two (or more) before I can go see the movie because Sheraton literally has nothing to do anymore, and the Olympus has Abysmal show times. Today I was rudely finger pointed to move by a security guard in a blue shirt, he didn’t speak to me like a human being he pointed his finger like I was a dog that needed to get away. I would come to Sheraton more often, but this kind of discriminatory treatment makes me hate having to go there at all. I get it, I don’t look like a bajan, and I’m constantly called this disgusting “a red man” but I’m still a human being and don’t deserve this kind of treatment!

Pro: A local mall for locals. Food court has more selection than the food courts in North America. Less fast franchise and more local takes on international food. Fun to see a Radio Shack there, surprised that 80 brand still lives on! Went on weekend didn't find it too packed but still full of life.
Cons: Theatres looked great, latest movies but most of movies for adults were scheduled at night. Would have liked to see an afternoon show on the weekend. Only saw 2 other tourists in my 1 hour visit there.
