I decided to wait awhile before I wrote my review to stop myself from saying anything I may regret or anything that might bring down the business as that's not my intention.
Carried my backpack there . As a first time customer. The wait was short and the service was nice I was asked if I needed it back in a hurry I said no , not really take your time... words I later regretted as they took 2 going on 3 months to finish the repairs . And did something I never thought I would see in my life ,something quite baboon-ish . Which left one strap string ridiculously shorter than the next. For what reason I'm not sure. The zips seem to hold up well I haven't really tested out the bag in fear it would fall apart again and the string from the strap fell out on my way home .

I took a pair of shoes to be stitched. She was very honest to let me know it could not be done. She also gave me the option to resole. Great service will be going back there☺
