best to order in advance for a quick pickup. the coconut shrimp platter is really yummy, especially when paired with the lemonade.

Our group consisted of 4 people. The wait time was 5-10 minutes. We ordered an hour is advance and was able to collect our food and buy drinks when we arrived. The cashier was also very nice. No issues with service or wait time. However, I would not recommend the loaded fries or mac and cheese. 2 people within our group had the Cajun crunch which is a chicken sandwich with fries and Cobbette. They really enjoyed it and were very full. However, I had the beef loaded fries and my friend had the chicken loaded fries. Both of which were drowning in sauce to the point where we could not clearly find the fries. The beef loaded fries was quite sweet as well. We both felt sick and I was very nauseous after eating. I also bought the $20 mac and cheese. I had it 3/4 years ago and it was so creamy and delicious. The mac and cheese i bought today was drowning in oil and did not taste like it was cooked today. Note that this was not our group's first time going to soul bites. This was my second time buying a loaded fries and I got sick each time.

I have an addiction. That addiction is the loaded fries with chicken. I thought it was a fluke, how good these things were. There’s no way there’s always this much chicken. They were generous with the sauce and cheese. So I tried again, just to see. Nope. They weren’t being generous - there’s that much goodness loaded onto those fries every time. No fry is left unloaded, dry and alone at the bottom there, long forgotten by the sauce gods. They really do make a killer loaded fry that is so addicting, you dream about them when you’ve gone too long without. I can taste these things from memory, the cravings are so strong. I have no clue what they put in them to make them so addicting but I want more. They are so good, I forgot I had wanted to take a picture until after I started.

I’ve had Soulbites last year & I was honestly satisfied with the service & portion size …went back today..the staff in the back were behaving like they were in a brothel …had to then leave to get money to pay as the card machine wasn’t working. I walked over to Carlton got WiFi & 1st paid $37 for loaded fries with shrimp & instead of a full portion of fries I asked for half Mac & cheese….please tell me why after I sent the money for the food and went back to show proof to the cashier..she gine hit me with you total ain’t $37 it’s actually $43 …I went into my bag and paid the additional $6. Only to open my box & the portion is like I begged for this food. That photo is after I took two bites. For $47??? Two bites and I’m seeing the bottom of the crate ??? And all of 4 shrimp? Stupse.
