We visited this location on most days during our stay in Barbados, very disappointed by the customer service and really is a place where service doesn’t come with a smile.
Two stars due to consistent tasting drinks but the location lacks atmosphere and the air con wasn’t working upstairs.
Positives to this place is the parking and the customers are friendly. Needs some serious customer service improvements.

Shocking behaviour of the stuff!!
Constantly laughing and shouting at eachother making eachother jump when others making hot drink not professional and not safe! Not very relaxing atmosphere!! Barrister don't know how to make a patern on drinks!!

One word - Disappointing. My first time buying something from the store and I was forgotten. It wasn't even busy. 😭😪 After several people got their orders. They finally got to me and not even an apology when they finally remembered. I waited over 15 minutes for a coffee drink that wasn't even blended. The best part of the visit was dealing with the person at check out. Will I be back... doubt it.

I definitely need coffee in order to survive! I usually just drove by due to the lines but I got lucky today, no lines... Great customer service and the staff is very welcoming. Got a espresso drink and a treat. In desert heaven now.

If you ever wake up on a morning and yearn for disappointment, I’d suggest hitting up any of the Starbucks in Barbados. Not only will you be blown away by the abysmal customer service, but they’re guaranteed to have no ingredients available to make you anything. Perhaps the owner of these establishments should consider getting their operations and supply chain in order before opening another location. Horrible all around and sure to disappoint. Enjoy!!!!!
