From picking the car up from the airport office the customer service was excellent. The car was clean, tidy and a fantastic drive.
When returning the car, park in the car park opposite office quick check over deposit returned. Thank you Stoutes.

I can’t recommend Stoutes Car Rental highly enough! From the moment we landed at Grantley Adams International Airport, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. Their team was waiting right outside arrivals with a friendly smile, making pickup incredibly easy and quick—no long waits or confusing paperwork.
We rented a fantastic car that was spotless, reliable, and perfectly suited for exploring the island. It handled every road with ease, allowing us to tour Barbados at our own pace—from stunning beaches and scenic coastal drives to charming inland spots. The vehicle performed beautifully throughout our trip, giving us total confidence as we ventured around.

We rented with Stoutes Car Rental for a business trip and were very impressed. The pickup at the airport was smooth and efficient, with staff getting us on the road within minutes and making sure everything with the car was in order.
The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and reliable throughout our stay.
Halfway through the trip we realised we needed to extend our trip, and the process was handled quickly and easily by email, with staff even coming out to us to take care of the additional payment this saving us a trip to their office.
Stoutes is a family run company and it shows in the way they look after customers with genuine care and attention. We would happily rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Barbados.

We have rented from Stoutes Car Rental for many years. It has always been a pleasure from initial check in to final drop off. All employees have been friendly and extremely helpful and always have a smile. The cars are always clean and we have not had any problems with them. We are an elderly couple and the employees always put our luggage in the car at check in and take it out for us at drop off. We will continue to use them when we travel.
