This is one of the newer branches of Subway on the island, and I was impressed by the clean and spacious, roomy interior. Prices are up, and the old combo specials aren't being offered, so a sandwich alone now costs more than the previous combined deals. I chose the new Hotshot Italiano and that was healthy and nutritious as usual. Good stuff!!

When I went up to the subway in st Thomas by the bank by cost u less THEY HAD NOTHING THEY PUT NOTHING ON MY SUB BUT BREAD so when I got to this one IT WAS AMAZING THEY HAD EVERYTHING!.Fantastic!

I've ordered well over 25 orders via the online website and this is the second time that I ordered and did not receive a call confirming my order. When I got there they told me a BOLD FACED LIE that they tried to call me but this was not the case.... On the other occasion in the past the young lady owned up to the error and admitted that they rarely even look in the system for online orders, and I happily waited as they made my food. Rather than lie about trying to call me business should train their staff to be accountable, take ownership, and rectify the issue.... How are the customer service and customer experience bars SO LOW in Barbados?

Worst and slowest service I've ever had at subway waited near 50 mins for 2 subs. For some reason the server chose to finish the subs of every single person behind me in line rather than just letting me check out. By the time i got my food it was cold cause it had been sitting out for like 40 mins.

Imagine ordering a sub with the main appeal being the roasted garlic. Time to get the sauce added and THEN they say they are out of garlic sauce. Subway workers are usually the least friendly of the fast food workers too. I won't be goiing again.
