Great selection and ideal for provisioning a boat — plenty of choice and well stocked. About a 20-minute walk from the dinghy dock in Anse de Public, and they can call a taxi for you for the trip back.

We live on a sailboat and needed some provisions so we took the hike up the steep main road( fortunately there is a lovely sidewalk). We stopped a few times to turn around and take pics of St Barts proper. Keep following the road around past the large white cross. You’ll end up at a fork in the road where a medical clinic is on your left. Take the road to your right towards the airport, follow that to a driving circle and stay right, again towards the right. This is a great spot to watch the planes come in for landing, they even built a viewing area. Head down the hill, take a right on the road at the bottom just before the airport sidewalk, follow that back several yards and the store will be in your right. We went on a Friday, which in the islands is one of the worst days because the shelves are 60% empty, and they are stocking because the supply boat just came in 2 days ago. Produce, bread, wine selection, and the charcuterie station were plentiful. After that we walked out to rain and decided to wait to move since we were on foot. Between the showers we decided to go to the lovely airport lounge to watch the planes land and takeoff. The longe is lovely,AC, nice bar/eatery, an upscale T-shirt shop, a darling gift shop. We made use of our rainy day adventure, then took our slow crawl back up the hill and down the hill to the center of town. We saved ourselves $50euros, and we got our steps in. Next time we would do more provisioning in St Maarten, just incase you get set back 5 days do to weather. The store had good staff and was very clean.
