This restaurant was a wonderful surprise! Our company organized a team-building activity today, so a few days ago I called the boss to ask if they offered catering services for large groups. After making the reservation, the owner thoughtfully delivered the food to the designated location today and even gave us some complimentary drinks. Almost everyone in our company thought the food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Most importantly, they offered free delivery—it was fantastic! This restaurant will definitely be our first choice for our next team-building event.

Unsure what to eat for dinner, I opened Google Maps and saw Sycamore Chinese Restaurant. I clicked on it to check out the recent reviews, but they weren't very favorable. Since I live relatively close to the restaurant, I decided to take my family there. Upon arrival, the waiter greeted us warmly, though his English wasn't very good. He explained that it was Sunday and the waiter who was supposed to be working was off duty. Nevertheless, he welcomed us warmly anyway. My family of five ordered Sichuan chicken, Kung Pao shrimp, and General Tso's chicken and shrimp chow mein. The portions were generous, leaving us overwhelmed, and the flavors were just right for our tastes. I highly recommend all three dishes. I'd love to try more, but unfortunately, I have to return to Jamaica tomorrow. I'll definitely be back to this Chinese restaurant next time I'm in Barbados. I highly recommend it.

Always had excellent experiences with Sycamore chinese restaurant.
We even had an instance of a concern witha dish and they were very accommodating and helpful with the replacement.
The food is great and the service is pretty good, the atmosphere is really nice and underutilised and the location is great.

A new Chinese restaurant just opened on the island — the flavors are authentic with minimal local adaptation. Great value for money, skilled chef, friendly service, and the owner is surprisingly handsome! Highly recommended.

I had an incredible dining experience at Sycamore! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and inviting with cozy lighting, tasteful decoor and a gentle buzz of conversation in the air. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive without ever being intrusive. The food was exceptional. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted fresh ingredients, beautifully plated, and perfectly balanced in flavor. What I loved most was how Sycamore manages to combine elegance with comfort. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer over your meal. I’ll definitely be coming back, next time with friends to share the experience.
