Had a great experience with Terra and their agent Gabriel Gunby. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
As an overseas based buyer I cannot begin to explain how vital it is to have an agent willing to work with you from afar. Gabriel made the process seamless and was always available.
Highly recommend Terra and Gabriel.

Terra Caribbean is not reliable. Rented from them an apartment in Leith Court for 2 years and I haven’t got back my full deposit even though a year passed since I left the apartment. At first I was told they didn’t give the correct amount to the new owner of the apartment, and eventually they stopped responding to my queries. The real estate advisor responsible for my apartment was Kylee LeeLum. I am appalled by their unprofessional behaviour and would not recommend dealing with them.

The agents at Terra will talk to you so nicely to get you to rent properties. In their listing they have things listed that to date has not been offered. The y even said the landlords were easy to work with yet reality proves otherwise. The landlords themselves doesn't stand in unity and information for the one in control is being with held while the other literally doesn't care about anything and directs you back to the Terra Rep who says contact the landlord (whose information is being withheld) via email when we are on 2 different times zones. I've been sending messages and no response as they don't care, they done got paid from my deposit and first months rent so nothing else interests them. But they will be quick to call you to find out when they can collect their sign though

My wife and I have been looking for a retirement home for some time and every time we go on holiday we view houses. We contacted Susan at Terra Caribbean and she showed us around some absolutely beautiful properties and I must say what a lovely woman she was and an asset to your company.
Susan's local knowledge is second to none and I would recommend anyone who is thinking of buying a home in Barbados contact her.
We are still undecided at the moment about what we are doing next but rest assured when we do Susan will be our first port of call.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to purchase a home through Terra. The agent assigned to the sale was unethical and told lies from beginning to end. The agent even lied via emails with the company's logo attached. WARNING!!! Expect unscrupulous behavior.
