A local person suggested this place to get authentic Bajan food. The food was good and service was okay. However, the prices for the meat is unreasonably expensive.
I got flying fish and was shocked when I was charged $6 per fillet; which is $12 for an order. The sign is not clear! I was under the impression that one order came with two fillets.
Note that this is a self serve buffet and you can get as much food as you want but limited to one plate. I saw individuals piling their places rather high.
I honestly don’t think I can recommend this place, given cost.

This is a cafeteria on the top floor of Cave Shepard. It serves delicious Bajan food at reasonable prices. You don't come here for atmosphere, as it's food court style seating. No table service. You join the line and order from the counter. Those lines can be very long on days when a cruise ship pulls into Bridgetown, but it's worth the wait. I some fantastic bbq lamb chops on my last visit. Your typical Bajan side dishes are all here: macaroni pie, peas and rice, plantain, sautéed veg, coleslaw, etc. If you're in Bridgetown, this is a solid option for a hearty lunch. They accept cash and card payments.
