I don't normally care for buffet dining, but this is the exception. Everything is super fresh and they serve you so there's less risk of cross contamination. They even have a sushi station and a place to make poke bowls. Fantastic!

This is the best option for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of super fresh fruits, vegetables, juices and smoothies. Custom made omelets were delicious and worth the long wait lines. The restaurant has a unique buffet style that is completely served to you from behind glass. All food areas are kept immaculate and fully stocked. The servers go out of their way to fulfill any specific requests.

The restaurant serves buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner to Hyatt guests. Inside the restaurant, there are several booths of foods, drinks for guests to select. We only stopped by for breakfast. We like the fresh tropical fruit section with mangos, guava, passion fruit, pineapple, papaya. There is made-to-order smoothies, juices. The fried banana, in Dominican section, is also tasty.

Breakfast here is amazing, you get able to lot of choices and everything served at the moment. You have serveral stations of made for you foods.

An absolute delight. The most amazing variety of foods for breakfast and lunch and they keep it coming. Staff is all very friendly and will tell you in detail about each food item. I enjoyed and appreciated getting served even though it was a buffet to ensure sanitation and food safety precautions were in place. Fresh fruits, juices and numerous homemade treats were available and enjoyed throughout the week! Can’t wait to go back
