Lovely view with picnic areas.
People like to fish and surf there too.
Downside: because it is the Atlantic side of the island, there is more debris on the shore that has been washed up by the sea 😞 so probably best to have some sort of footwear on.
At lower tide, go and enjoy one of the natural rock pools; they are cold but it is an experience 🤣
Fyi.... it is the Atlantic, so do not go swimming

100% worth stopping! Beautiful formations and nice sand. We spent an hour just walking and taking photos.
No options to dine, NO SWIMMING (inviting but unsafe) so bring chairs, umbrella and a picnic lunch if you want to hang out.

Well worth a visit ! Take the twisty and winding roads across Barbados and find an incredibly beautiful beach . Explore the pools and rock formations and grab a beer afterwards overlooking the beaches and bay

Soup Bowl was doin it's ting today, wish I got there earlier but that's how it goes. The texture was a lil difficult and dodging the local from was proving difficult but it was well worth it. Good ones to be had for all and de bajan vibe is alive and well..👊🇧🇧🌊🏝🤙

Beach is pretty bad - full of seaweed when we went there and you can’t swim because of currents. But waves are huuuge and it’s cool to see some amazing surfers riding them professionally!
