I was very skeptical due to some reviews that had been posted/left.... We didn't experience any of the bad, and all of the good. We were there for a week recently. Rooms were great, food was great, staff was very engaging and helpfully in every aspect. It was a special occasion trip, and managers and staff went above and beyond to make it special.
Pools were nice, they clean them daily. Yes some debris may end up on the pool, they will clean it if notified, if not, then they get it in the morning.
Beach staff was very attentive, cleaning and grounds crew we active in the early morning hours to maintain the grounds.
Casino staff is friendly. Some skepticism on some of the games and how they are ran...but o well that is the "gamble", and wont return to that particular game.
We WILL be returning and have already recommend this location to a few people.

We stayed at The St. Regis Aruba for five days and had an absolutely incredible experience. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely personal, making us feel welcomed. Service was fast and seamless, but the standout was the butler service - truly the best we’ve experienced anywhere. They checked in on us several times a day and handled every request quickly and flawlessly.
As you would expect from the St. Regis brand, the level of service was exceptional. Being the newest hotel in Aruba, everything felt fresh, modern, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere was elegant, and overall it was a memorable, luxury stay. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at the beautiful St. Regis in Aruba. The hotel is brand new, visually stunning and smells fantastic. We could not say more about the willingness of each and every staff member to make us feel welcome. Pools are not shaded, nor are they freezing, and there is plenty of sun most of the day everywhere. We did read a few negative reviews about the pool area and did not find this to be the case at all. Our bartenders in the main lobby (Severino and Michael) made our vacation a truly memorable experience. Many thanks to you both. A special thanks as well to Haimie…..a true gem of a guy! Thank you for all your attention throughout our stay. Already planning next year’s trip….thank you St. Regis for your elevated and elegant experience….

The resort itself is perfectly designed — boutique in the best way. The proximity between the rooms, pools, beach, and restaurants makes everything incredibly accessible, especially with young children. Nothing feels far, nothing feels overwhelming. It’s a small resort in the best possible sense.
But what truly set this experience apart was the staff. They learned our names and our children’s names from day one, greeted us every morning at breakfast, and knew our orders instinctively — for us and for the kids. They were warm, personable, and genuinely curious about us as a family. These small personal touches made an enormous difference.
On our last day, July and Estefania went above and beyond in a way we’ll never forget. They brought beads so our daughter could make a keepsake bracelet of Aruba to take home, gave our son a keychain for his backpack, and gifted the kids with little water bottles. It was so thoughtful and completely unprompted — and it made the trip truly unforgettable for our children.
We cannot recommend this resort highly enough. If you’re traveling with family, this is the place.

There are a lot of mixed reviews here. We stayed at the St Regis for 5 nights over Thanksgiving. Exceptional rooms with beautiful decor. The hotel grounds are new and clean. We had great service on the beach, where staff are friendly and attentive - beautiful drinks and food was average to above average. The hotel sits right on the boardwalk and you can take a nice long walk along the beachside to check out other shops, cafes, and hotels.
Cons:
-Is the island windy? Yes. Is this a big deal? No. The breeze was welcome in the heat and there’s nothing you can do to control it!
-Beach chairs: yes you do need to go save your seat early in the morning (before 9am); however, the team will also grab extra chairs from the back for you if there aren’t any left. This was not a huge problem for us, even during one of the busiest times.
-we had an incident with housekeeping one day but it was resolved
All in all, we would return to this hotel again.
