Such a nice and peaceful neighbourhood to live . It has local amenities such as a Massy store, coffee shop and gym etc the houses are standard but nice and al come with a garage and back yard , great for families or single professionals.

I'm not a resident there but I've patronizing several of the business located there, including Massie Supermarket,Chicken Barn and the Rubis Gas Stations.
My most frequent business is the Gas station. The attendants I see are young vibrant and well mannered. I hope to avail myself to some of the activities held there throughout the coming year 🚗👍🤔✅

I would say these look like good starter homes,fantastic for small families,the safety and convenience of the village square with all the shops and facilities is definitely a feature that is sought after.
Additionally the new development of phase 2 is on its way. So that another plus.

My girlfriend lives out here and it is very nice with decent food, a food store, gym etc. meaning you can do it all (mostly) without going far.
