The view of the property is beautiful & spacious however it is outdated. The balcony patio, the bathroom which had an awful awful smell that could not be masked by anything, the toilets that don't flush, but most of alllllll with all these issues they also have thieves that work for them. I had a mantenaince issue that required staff to enter my apartment while i was away to fix the issue and 2 of my expensive valuables were stolen, and based on these other reviews it's no surprise to me. It's such a disappointing experience because that is so invasive and let's just say thank God i hid my money, passport and bank cards while i left the apartment. Will not return and i would advise anyone considering to stay here that it's not worth it, yes it has an amazing view, but not at the cost of your valuables being stolen, and you having to deal with maintenance issues while on vacation!!!

The apartment on the inside was satisfactory. But maybe needing a bit of work on the outside. It was spacious and the balcony right in front of the sea. The bedrooms faced the main road, so a bit noisy on a morning with the horn happy motorists. But that didn’t really matter. Our biggest disappointment was the beach area…. The main reason we chose these apartments was because we thought we’d be able to go downstairs and straight on the beach, in the sea and on the sun beds that were provided. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible…. The sea was always too rough and when we tried to use the sun beds, we kept getting wiped out by waves, so that didn’t last long. We didn't see a single soul using them or anyone on the beach in front of the property for the entire duration of our 14 day stay. It just wasn’t possible. So with hindsight, we’d have been better off booking a hotel with patio/pool area.

This is the worst place ever ! Donot book with vista villas. The place is lovely but the communication poor and you cannot point anything out. We notified the owners/agents that people were sitting outside decking seats outside our ground floor apartment and they decided to cancel our reservation without notifying us through Airbnb and telling them all sorts of lies ! So we are stranded after 1 night at this place looking for a place to stay the remaining 4 nights. We spent whole morning trying to sort out the misunderstanding no one called us or wanted to give us an explanation to resolve the misunderstanding. Instead they kick out a mother and young child out with cancellation. I tried all morning to resolve things with them but none was bothered to help us out or hear our concerns ! Despicable management and no customer care or concern for us. At least sort out the issues and resolve them with us - pick up the phone and talk to us to resolve - why cancel people who have checked in ! I did nothing wrong and appalled at their lack of concern for us. POOR or no customer care or service. Never vocalise any concerns or you will get kicked out !!! As the client can’t say anything as that’s against their rules. They don’t think to speak to us or call us to explain. Owner didn’t pick up her phone and neither the staff ! Never seen anything like it.

I love the location of these villas.. Relatively close to everything(food,beaches, market, airports) etc.. The interior of villas 7 was perfect(clean,organized with updated appliances) The exterior needs some updates for sure.

WOW - what can I say. Simply delightful apartments right on Worthing Beach. The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore below my balcony will always be missed. Lovely quiet beach within a 5 minute walk to Accra if looking for beach bars, vendors etc. Apartments tastefully decorated with a full, serviced kitchen. Brand new large fridge freezer. Super big comfortable bed. Lots of towels provided including plenty of beach towels. Sunbeds and umbrellas for guests. Staff really accommodating and helpful - even to changing our flat jeep tyre!! Great recommendations and suggestions from Natya the owner. Close to all amenities, supermarkets, bus stops, beaches +++ Highly recommend. Pictures are views from my balcony on 2nd floor - miss it already
