I highly recommend Windward Agencies. They are very professional. We will always use them. Did not have to wait very long. Took things out and put them back in . Paid the duty. Finished very quickly. If you are looking for a shipping agency. You have found the right one . I give them a 10/10 .

Felicia has been the most friendliest person with professionalism at 1st class. But for some reason they always manages to steal your stuff. Never leave your barrel there after it has been open and checked, or take a lock!!!

The general reception were great ,but on checking my items when I got home I found that some of the items was missing and the box in general were in a total mess according to the personal who packed and shipped it.That's items in places which were not put there by the sender.Overall total ridiculous ,STEALING.

Pretty poor customer services, bordering on being disrespectful. They hold almost a monopoly and so have no interest in improving. Be aware of being ripped off by the local delivery drivers; hopefully you know someone with a truck to help collect your barrel.
