Omar has excellent priced rentals and the toyota we got had ice cold ac. Was great on gas and he arranged a driver to take us to the airport. Thanks

We had a great stay in Barbados per week I would definitely recommend Z & S. Umar and Maurice were quite helpful. I was even assisted with a pickup from the airport upon request.

The car I rented was in terrible shape. I hit some potholes and the front bumper detached. When I looked closely at it I could see that had fallen off before and they had put it back with 1/4 inch wood screws. I called, but they wouldn't come with a replacement car (despite advertising 24hrs assistance) so I had to wire the bumper back on and return the car (over 1 hour round trip). The second car, which e claims was an upgrade wasn't much better. When I asked for a partial refund they refused. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people.

Are you a budding mechanic looking to pay someone to fix their car? Then Z&S car rental is the place to rent your car. It is your responsibility to check to ensure all windows are working, brakes fluid leaks etc. Not the owners responsibility. I rented a car for two days from this company, the first car issued the windows at the back were unable to go down, fortunately the owner issued another vehicle to us. On receipt of the other vehicle whilst driving the vehicle was making noises, engine check lights, abs and brakes lights came on. It disappeared when we fill the gas. So we decided to proceed, whilst driving the noises increased, the brake was not working properly etc. lights came on etc. When we reached at our apartment, we contacted the owner and advised of the issued, he said he will have someone visit us at 9am to check the car ( apparently we heard wrong). We decided to visit the office before proceeding on our journey. We explained to them or issues, the staff facial expression, looks liked they were not convinced of the problems we experienced. RIGHT THERE, all the brakes fluid leaked out. If we did not go there first, my entire family may have been dead, because of this vehicle. So they did offer to replaced the same. But we were too fearful that the same thing will occur. The owners response is, it is our responsibility to check and see if windows, brakes etc was working. We brought the vehicle back less than 24hours, and he still charged for the entire day, we paid in USD and requested our refund in the same currency and they advised that they do not have all. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THE WAY, this was handled, but I am thankful that we returned the vehicle just in time, for we would have been on the news as a family of four dead, due to this. If you want to be a mechanic, Z & S Car Rentals is the place to go.
